Convention keynote speaker announced by Convention Co-chairperson John Adams!

Please register and purchase tickets for the weekend coming up on October 12-15. Time is drawing neigh on our block of rooms at the Berkeley City Club for this fall’s convention in Berkely October 13-15 (arrive night of the 12th). That particular block of rooms expires this coming Saturday, August 12th. If you are planning on coming to Convention (and you should!), please make your lodging reservations now using the information in the attached hotel accommodations document. Also, be sure to register for the Convention here, so our California brothers can plan accordingly. There is a discount for early registration.

This 1902 California Historical Landmark is a rustic, on campus hotel nestled among redwoods and oaks. Just a few blocks from ΣΦ.

Ask for the Sigma Phi Society held block of queen or twin bedrooms and provide credit card to complete reservation. Limited room quantities. Must be reserved by 9/1. Prices include breakfast and taxes.

§ Two Twin Beds with private bath $195 (S&A Delegates/SPEF Trustees sharing a room or for actives)

§ Two Twin Beds with shared bath (several rooms share the bath) $175 (for actives)

Historic hotel dating back to the 1930’s. Just a few blocks away from ΣΦ.


Reservation request must be sent to reservations@berkeleycityclub.com. Ask for the Sigma Phi Society group rate. A credit card will be needed to complete reservation. Rate will be 10% off the rack rate. Limited quantities. Must be reserved by 8/1. Rates include free breakfast.

Boutique hotel with a “retro-chic vibe”. Was the Durant Hotel. Just a few blocks from ΣΦ. No block held

Classical, contemporary Bay Area Icon with rich history and elegance. 20 minute walk to ΣΦ. No block held
