The Viele Scholarship Program is one of the largest scholarship programs, by member, available among fraternities.

Brothers who are currently enrolled in any undergraduate or graduate program are encouraged to apply to the Viele Scholarship Trust for a scholarship. The criteria for the award are: academic performance, financial need, and service to the Society. A general balance of the three criteria is highly desired in applicants.  In a typical year, over 50% of applicants are awarded scholarships.

 

New this year is a streamlined application for Newly Initiated Brothers (those initiated during the current academic year) who, given their short tenure as brothers, are only eligible for modest awards.

Graduate students who attend a college where there is an undergraduate chapter are also eligible for the Viele Mentors Program, where additional money may be awarded in return for mentorship provided by the graduate student to the undergraduate chapter.
