Flagship March 4th banquet keynote speaker announced

Updated: Feb 12

After savoring the joys of the hallowed Sigma Phi Halls at the University of Virginia, Graham graduated with a degree in English and went on to found, run and sell two businesses: a small manufacturing firm and a regional newspaper. He parlayed his stint in the newspaper business into a Batten Fellowship covering his MBA tuition at Darden.

His early success in building and selling companies led to a post-MBA investment banking career starting at a premier Wall Street firm and then for the last 20 years at his own M&A advisory business. In the process, he has helped over 50 entrepreneurs gain liquidity He has also invested in several venture stage businesses, so he can remind himself of the ‘joys’ of being an entrepreneur.

Graham ignored the warning “Can Become Addictive” when his son entered a small indoor go kart track a few years ago.  Now he spends much of his spare time as a Wandering Bird with his wife, Angela, watching their son race increasingly faster karts at various large outdoor racetracks across the US.

Graham lives in Champaign, Illinois with his wife, their 12 year-old son and mid-sized dog.

Bring your spouse/guest and join us on March 9th to celebrate the Society’s 197th anniversary, hear Graham’s pearls of wisdom, and rekindle the flame of Sig relationships.

Registration (due by Feb 29th) and banquet venue details can be found by clicking here.
