About the event
Please make hotel reservations at a hotel of your choice. For those who can’t contribute their travel and lodging costs, the Society will reimburse costs for officers and one delegate from each chapter based on double occupancy (so book a double room and find a roommate). The expectation is that most people (excepting delegates traveling from the West Coast) will be able to get to NYC Sat AM and only need one night of hotel (Sat). Based on a recent search of hotel booking websites it appears there are several hotels in the midtown area for $200-$250 per night (plus taxes).
