Hotels:

• A block of rooms has been held under George      Snyder’s name at the Courtyard by Marriott-University Medical Center (1201 W Main St, Charlottesville, VA 22903 (434) 977-1700).       The rate is $666 for two      nights.  Ask for Mary when making reservations.  There are      outlying hotels in Charlottesville with more reasonable rates.       Remember that the Society and SPEF only reimburse Delegates and Trustees      based on double occupancy.
• Another block of rooms, for actives only, at the Super 8 hotel on Greenbrier Drive. It is in George Snyder's name or Sigma Phi.

Undergraduate attendance and reimbursement:

• Please begin encouraging two undergraduates from      your chapter to attend.  There will be very important votes taken at      the Convention meeting that need the voice and vote of every undergraduate      chapter.  Also, please encourage at least one (but can be multiple)      undergraduate brother(s) to compete in the Hicks oratorical contest      (details attached).
• Reasonable travel expenses for two undergraduates      are eligible for reimbursement by the Society.  Undergraduates must      attend the entirety of the Friday Undergraduate Leadership Workshop and      the Saturday Convention meeting and banquet in order to qualify for      reimbursement.
